Measured today. 3 inches off my waist.
That gap year packed it on. Glad it’s coming off.
I’m a couple of days into eating food in a specific order. So, I know the 3-inch loss isn’t because of that.
But apple cider vinegar, 5-10 minutes before meals? That’s the game changer.
I’ve never lost 3 inches off my waist (and more elsewhere) in just 6 weeks. Never.
Now, I’m stacking Glucose Goddess’ advice (flattening the glucose curve) onto my already working program.
Making progress feels fantastic.
I want to run out and tell everyone. But no. What works for me, works for me. Other people are doing their own thing. Everyone’s on their own path.
If I work through stuff on a blog no one reads, that’s fine. This blog? If people aren’t interested, they’ll leave. But IRL shoving unasked-for info in someone’s face? Bad move. Learned that one the hard way back in the Keto days.
Still, I’m excited. Everything I’m doing is on easy mode. It has to be with MS. But it blows my mind. Even before MS, hitting the gym, I never had progress like this at 6 weeks.
Even better? The alcohol cravings are finally gone. Damn, that was hard. Took longer than 6 weeks, but I’m thrilled I can get through 3 PM without wanting a rum.
Also seeing more and more muscles on my arms and legs.
Now that’s a success.
Feeling giddy.
